- 01Fully authenticated application — every portfolio, booking and intelligence view sits behind sign-in, and protected routes redirect straight to login rather than exposing any data
- 02Account-scoped property and booking data — portfolio views, analytics and operational workflows are organised around the signed-in account's own properties and bookings
- 03Live analytical calculations — revenue, occupancy, ROI, break-even occupancy and AI opportunity scores are computed across the current data set, not hardcoded figures
- 04AI-assisted features run as first-class parts of the product — an AI Opportunity Engine scores and ranks opportunities, and an AI Copilot answers natural-language questions about the portfolio

BRS took StayIQ from an initial product concept into a functioning live platform with authenticated workflows, portfolio management, market intelligence and operational tooling inside one coherent product system.
