Included hours represent reasonable, ongoing website work. Larger redesigns, new features, integrations or substantial development are quoted separately.
Domains, hosting, software subscriptions, paid integrations, APIs and advertising spend are not included unless specifically stated.
BRS does not guarantee specific revenue, search rankings or conversion outcomes. “Priority” support means priority within BRS’s queue, not a fixed response-time guarantee unless one has been separately agreed.

Unused hours do not automatically accumulate unless BRS agrees otherwise — included hours reserve development capacity for that month, not a balance that carries forward.

Website Care is primarily designed for websites created or managed by BRS Creations. Because BRS already understands the architecture, design system and original objectives, ongoing changes can be handled directly — without bringing another developer up to speed every time.

For larger websites, ecommerce businesses, digital products, custom systems or businesses requiring more development hours, BRS can create a custom ongoing support arrangement.

Do I have to be on a care plan?
If BRS remains responsible for hosting or managing the live website infrastructure, yes — an active Website Care plan is required for as long as BRS carries that responsibility. If the client takes over hosting and ongoing infrastructure directly, Website Care can be optional unless another agreement says otherwise.
Can I cancel?
Care plans should initially operate month-to-month unless another agreement has been made.
What happens if I need more than my included hours?
Additional work can be quoted separately or approved at BRS's current hourly development rate.
Do unused hours roll over?
Generally no. Included hours reserve development capacity for that particular month.
Are hosting and third-party subscriptions included?
No unless specifically stated. Domains, hosting, software subscriptions, paid integrations, APIs, advertising platforms and other third-party services remain separate.
Can you manage a website you didn't build?
Potentially. BRS should review the website first before accepting it onto a care plan.
Does Website Care include a complete redesign?
No. Large redesigns, new systems and major development projects are quoted separately.
