This website (the “Site”) is operated by BRS Creations (ABN 80 821 706 326), a sole trader based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

BRS Creations is a Melbourne-based digital studio. We publicly offer websites and web development, branding and visual identity, digital products and platforms, AI and automation, custom systems and infrastructure, product design, full-stack development, integrations, and ongoing support and technology partnerships.

The Site is intended to inform visitors about BRS Creations’ work and capabilities, showcase portfolio and case-study material, and provide a way to start a conversation about a potential project. You may use the Site for personal reference or for a genuine business enquiry.

Descriptions of BRS’s capabilities, process and case studies on this Site are provided for general information only. They describe past or typical work and are not an offer, quote, or guarantee of scope, price, timeframe or outcome for any future project.

This Site currently has no public pricing, checkout, payment processing, online subscriptions, user accounts, downloadable products sold directly, or online contract-acceptance flow.

Submitting a Project Enquiry starts a conversation — nothing more. It does not create a client relationship, does not create a binding agreement, does not guarantee BRS will accept the project, and does not reserve availability or timing. BRS reviews enquiries individually and responds directly.

If BRS and a prospective client decide to proceed, that engagement is governed by a separate, mutually agreed proposal, scope of work, quote, statement of work, service agreement, or similar document negotiated directly between the parties. That agreement — not this Site or these Terms — sets out the actual terms of any project, including price, deliverables, timeframes and intellectual property. Where these Terms and a signed project agreement conflict for that project, the project agreement takes priority.

Except where stated otherwise, the design, layout, source code, original text, graphics and BRS branding on this Site are owned by BRS Creations or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you.

Case studies and portfolio material on this Site may reference or display work created for clients, including third-party names, brand names, logos, trademarks, screenshots or product interfaces. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners. Case studies are shown to illustrate the nature of BRS’s work and are not an endorsement by, or a representation of any ongoing relationship with, the featured party unless stated.

Subject to these Terms, BRS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use this Site for your own personal reference or to make a genuine business enquiry. No other rights are granted.

You must not, in connection with this Site:

• Copy, scrape, reproduce, republish or create derivative works from its content beyond normal browsing, without permission
• Use automated tools to extract data from the Site at scale
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security, integrity or availability of the Site or its infrastructure
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

This Site links to external destinations associated with BRS, including the StayIQ product (stayiq.com.au) and BRS’s Instagram and Facebook profiles, as well as other third-party sites from time to time.

BRS is not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of any external website linked from this Site, including StayIQ, Instagram, Facebook or any other destination. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms and privacy policy.

BRS takes reasonable care to keep this Site accurate and up to date but does not guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free at all times. BRS may change, update, suspend or discontinue any part of this Site, including its content and availability, at any time without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, BRS excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this Site, and for loss arising from matters outside BRS’s reasonable control, such as third-party infrastructure outages. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law — see the next section.

Australian Consumer Law gives you certain guarantees and rights that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where BRS’s liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee can be limited under that law, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

BRS may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this Site at the time you use it applies. Continued use of the Site after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
