BRS may collect personal information when you use the Project Enquiry, Project Blueprint, Website Care enquiry flow, or partnership enquiry flow. Depending on the path you choose, this can include:

Personal information submitted through the website is used to:

• Assess and respond to your enquiry
• Understand your requirements and recommend an appropriate next step
• Communicate with you about a potential or active business relationship
• Organise enquiries inside BRS’s private lead-management system
• Maintain internal notes, lead status and appropriate business records
• Prevent abuse and spam

When you submit an enquiry, the information you’ve provided is validated and sent by email — via Resend, a transactional email service — to info@brscreations.com.au. The email address you submit is set as the reply-to address so BRS can reply to you directly.

A validated copy of the enquiry is also stored in BRS Creations’ private CRM, hosted in a dedicated Supabase project. This allows BRS to organise the lead by source and status, review the submitted brief, and add private internal notes. The CRM is not publicly searchable or available through the public website navigation.

A few technical details, for transparency:

• Your forwarded IP address and a timestamp are used temporarily, purely to protect the form against abuse and excessive submissions
• A hidden field is used to help detect automated spam submissions
• Submitted data is validated and limited in size before it’s processed
• A random reference ID is generated for each enquiry
• CRM access is restricted to authorised BRS administration accounts and protected using authentication and database row-level access controls

Your enquiry is processed using BRS Creations’ own systems together with third-party infrastructure required to operate the website and enquiry workflow — currently Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (CRM database and admin authentication), and the email provider that ultimately receives the message. Each provider operates its own infrastructure under its own privacy practices.

BRS does not intentionally use public-facing advertising trackers or behavioural analytics cookies on this website. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar advertising technology is currently implemented.

The private BRS admin area uses strictly necessary, secure session cookies so an authorised administrator can remain signed in to the CRM. Those cookies are used for authentication only and are not used to track public visitors for advertising.

If BRS introduces public analytics or advertising technology in future, this policy will be updated to reflect that change.

BRS retains enquiry correspondence, CRM records and related personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, manage the resulting business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer reasonably required may be deleted or de-identified.

Hosting, database, authentication, transactional email and related infrastructure may involve third-party service providers, and those providers may process information in locations determined by their own infrastructure and privacy practices. BRS does not make claims about a specific processing country unless that location has been verified for the relevant service and configuration.
