Privacy Policy

Depending on how you use the site, BRS may collect:

• Contact details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and business name.
• Project or partnership details you choose to send through an enquiry form, including your website and project requirements.
• Merch order details such as the items, sizes, quantities, order reference, payment status and contact details needed to confirm and fulfil the order.
• Technical request information processed by hosting and security services, which may include an IP address, browser information and timestamps.
• Anonymous website activity, only if you opt in to optional site activity tracking in the cookie banner. See the Cookie and Browser Storage Policy.

Phone and business details are optional where the form says so. BRS does not ask for date of birth, payment card numbers, passwords or sensitive information through its public enquiry forms.

• Review and respond to a project, care or partnership enquiry.
• Prepare a proposal, quote or other requested next step.
• Take payment, confirm and fulfil a merch order, and provide order support.
• Keep appropriate customer, payment and business records.
• Protect the site and forms against spam, abuse and security issues.
• Understand general site and store use when you have chosen to allow optional activity tracking.

An enquiry does not sign you up to marketing. BRS will only send marketing messages where it has separate, valid permission. The public site does not use enquiry forms as marketing consent.

Project and partnership enquiries are validated, sent to info@brscreations.com.au using Resend, and may be stored in BRS Creations' private customer-management system hosted by Supabase. The email address you provide is used so BRS can respond to you.

Merch payments are taken through Stripe's hosted checkout. Stripe handles the card payment details it requests. BRS receives the order and payment information needed to confirm the purchase, issue a receipt and arrange pickup. Stripe's own privacy terms apply to information collected directly by Stripe.

The site is hosted by Vercel. BRS uses Google Fonts at build time for the Sora and Archivo typefaces; font files are served by this site and do not create a Google Fonts request from your browser. BRS does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or another third-party advertising or analytics SDK on the public site.

Information may be disclosed to service providers that operate the site, email, customer-management and payment workflows, to the email provider you use, or where disclosure is required or authorised by law. Providers may process information in countries determined by their own infrastructure; BRS does not claim a particular processing location unless verified for that service and configuration.

Optional first-party activity tracking is off unless you choose to allow it. If enabled, the site may create a random visitor reference and record the page path, page title, broad device type, referring website host, recent activity times and merch cart contents. This information is stored in BRS's private Supabase project so BRS can understand general site and store use.

The tracker does not record keystrokes or precise location. It does not run on private client portal or token-link pages, and it does not include query strings from the address bar. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings.

BRS keeps enquiry and customer records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a business relationship, meet record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes or protect legal rights. Optional activity records are kept only for site and store analysis and may be deleted or de-identified when no longer useful. Payment providers may retain records under their own policies and legal requirements.

This is a business services website, not a service designed for children. BRS does not ask for a visitor's age or date of birth. If you are under 18 and want to submit personal information or place a merch order, please ask a parent or guardian to help. If BRS learns it has collected a child's information without appropriate authority, contact us and we will review it and take reasonable steps to remove it where we are able to do so.

To request access to, correction of or deletion of information BRS holds about you, email info@brscreations.com.au. Include enough detail for BRS to locate the information. BRS may need to keep some records where required by law, for accounting, to resolve a dispute or to establish or defend a legal claim.

You may also use that address to complain about how BRS has handled personal information. BRS will review the concern and respond. If it remains unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where it has jurisdiction.

BRS may update this policy when its services or information practices change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
